    Workshop 3 gives you the opportunity to experience teaching Numicon Activities in a safe environment. We will focus on using Mathematical vocabulary, explicit teaching, and the progress within an Activity and a Numicon unit. It is suitable for teachers and support staff who want to build up their confidence and 'have a go' with Numicon Manipulatives and lesson ideas, ready for classroom use.

  • Workshop 4: Numicon Planning - CAMBRIDGE - VENUE TBC
    Are you looking for interesting lesson ideas? Workshop 4 will help you locate Numicon planning online, understand the planning format, locate and use the additional Numicon resources eg. Student books, Photocopy Masters etc... to support teaching. This is suitable for teachers wanting to maximize their Numicon Subscription - which the MoE will fund until the end of 2027. You will need access to Numicon Online NZ to get the most out of this workshop.
