Wellington: Breaking Barriers, NIP and Big Ideas: Exploring Intervention and Acceleration

This is a full day course, introducing Breaking Barriers, the Numicon Intervention Programme and Big ideas. You will learn how to use the programmes and assessments, how to individualise them for your students needs, and how to use the support Numicon apparatus. This course is suitable for those who work in education with students that struggle in maths and need support and those students who have learning needs - RTLBs, LSCs, T.As and Teachers. Participants will get to use the Numicon equipment and a Maths Bag of resources to use on the course and back in class.
